Every year AWESOME celebrates women in Canadian Prairie food and beverage manufacturing! Listen to one of 2021's Achievement Award recipients, Hailey Jefferies, owner of Prairie Fava. Based in Glenboro, MB, Hailey is regenerating an industry for the ancient fava bean and creating the link between farmers and food manufacturing companies motivated to meet the growing demand for nutritious and sustainable foods and innovative food products.
